css codes

Coding is difficult for me and even some of the walk throughs you guys commented was a little difficult to read. I wanna customize my account but I seriously need help with the css codes, especially for the background image. i have a chromebook if that helps with any advice. thanks!

    for something like a background the easiest would be:

    html

    {

    background-image: url("put your image url between these quotes");

    background-size: cover;

    }

      All the styling part of this site does is read all the css lines in the textbox and loads it into the website, overwriting existing lines of css. it doesnt load in scripts cause that would interfere with the rest of the site

      Pretty much, css just takes all the basic values of elements and adjusts them to make them more visually pleasing

    You know, you should study CSS ..do a crash course on it. Then you won't need any tutorial.
