Friends

So, I have a friend that is constantly causing drama, and while that may sound bad, it´s true. He/She (not specifying ^-^) are always ´mad´ at someone. They are always self-harming in some way (starving themselves, cutting, scratching themselves, etc.) and they have admitted to me that it is for attention (¨I´m sorry, I just want people to show me care like they do for you¨). I have confronted them about it and they kind of shurugged it off. When they act the way they do, I am always suffering. That may sound self-centered, but I simply am sad when they are. In short, this friend is unintentionally hurting my mental health. Is this a healthy friend/relationship? Any ideas on what to do?

If you think, it"s doing no good for you, then you can cut off their friendship.
